I traveled with my family (2 adults and 3 kids) to this home and we had a wonderful week. We have st...ayed at Encore before, so we knew we loved the resort, but it was our first time at this house. My boys (7 and 4) were obsessed with the game room in the garage. They played for hours at a time. The house was clean and equipped with everything we needed for our stay. We grocery shopped and cooked at home for breakfast and dinner, which is so convenient and more budget-friendly. Grocery stores are located nearby. Note that the pool and hot tub are not heated without an additional charge. We didn’t want to pay that, so we used the resort pool, which has a great water park for kids (and adults!) to enjoy. Also, we reserved on VRBO and found out after reserving that we would have to visit the property management office (about 5 minutes from the resort) to complete our reservation before we were able to check in. That was a slight inconvenience because our toddler had endured a long travel day and was melting down in the car. But, they were quick to get us in and out. We reserved a crib for an additional charge and it was waiting for us upon arrival. We had such a fun week with our kids and we’re sad to leave. Read More
